After being appointed in 2021 by Gov. Brian Kemp to serve the remainder of retiring Judge Nancy N. Bills’ terms, Chief Judge Clarence Cuthpert Jr. is now seeking election to the Rockdale County State Court.
But when Cuthpert qualified for the judicial race on March 4, so too did Rockdale County Juvenile Court Judge Maureen Wood.
