More than 50 class actions have been filed over an April data breach now connected to cloud storage software firm Snowflake Inc., with big companies such as Ticketmaster and AT&T named as additional defendants.
On July 29, plaintiffs lawyer Jeff Ostrow, of Kopelowitz Ostrow Ferguson Weiselberg Gilbert, in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, moved to coordinate the cases into multidistrict litigation.
