A realtor who injured his ankle slipping in an icy parking lot has agreed to settle his claims for $900,000.
On Feb. 22, 2021, plaintiff Piotr Sudal, 33, a realtor, was walking across the parking lot of The Lofts at Town Center Apartments in Robbinsville. He claimed that he slipped and fell on black ice, resulting in an ankle fracture.
