Valerie Ho, the top U.S. lawyer for online fast-fashion giant Shein has left the company, a spokesperson confirmed to Law.com Tuesday.
Ho had been with Singapore-based company since 2021 and worked on crafting its global legal and compliance structure. She previously was a shareholder at Greenberg Traurig, where she advised on IP issues and represented clients in copyright, patent and trademark disputes, according to a biography provided by Stanford Law School when Ho spoke at a conference there last year. The biography noted that Ho, who is based in Los Angeles, was Shein’s primary outside counsel before she became its U.S. general counsel.
