The creation of A&O Shearman seems to have claimed its first victim in Europe.
Studio Legale Associato Shearman & Sterling (Studio Legale), the Italian firm that has operated as Shearman & Sterling’s associated firm since 2021, is being dissolved, according to four people with knowledge of the situation.
