Attorneys for Giuliani and others on Wednesday informed U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Sean Lane of the Southern District of New York that the parties had “conferred and reached an agreement” to settle outstanding costs and officially dismiss the proceeding.

Rudy Giuliani and his creditors have reached an agreement in his bankruptcy case that may save the former U.S. attorney from having to disclose information about his finances under oath.
