A pair of Smith Welch Webb & White lawyers has secured an appellate reversal on behalf of a public school district named in a breach of contract lawsuit by a former teacher.

Partner Grant E. McBride and associate attorney M. Chase Collum succeeded at convincing the Supreme Court of Georgia that the Georgia Court of Appeals erred in finding that Worth County Public Schools’ employment contract offer to John R. Tibbetts failed to conform with statutory requirements.
