A partner from Axiom Ince that was suspended by the Solicitors Regulation Authority is launching a legal action against the regulator in the High Court.
The SRA intervened to close down Shyam Mistry’s practice earlier this month. Mistry was the firm’s head of personal injury and medical negligence.
