The Solicitors Regulation Authority has banned a former Ashurst employee from the legal profession, after finding that he failed to tell the law firm about prior convictions.

Mark Sinclair worked for Ashurst between February 19, 2019, until October 11, 2021, and was the firm’s learning and development manager based in its London office.
