The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) has recently proposed significant amendments to its Negative Option Rule. The proposed rule, titled the “Rule Concerning Recurring Subscriptions and Other Negative Option Plans,” has rightfully garnered significant attention from marketers, businesses, lawyers, and commentators.
