21 Attorneys General Support Biden Student-Debt Relief Plan

A coalition of 21 attorneys general including California Attorney General Rob Bonta submitted an amicus brief in support of the government in two U.S. Supreme Court cases concerning President Joe Biden’s student loan debt cancellation initiative.

The attorneys general, including those in Connecticut, Delaware, the District of Columbia, New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania, filed the amicus brief in Biden v. Nebraska and Department of Education v. Brown.
