A personal injury firm and one of its senior partners is facing a legal malpractice suit for suing the wrong party and failing to correct the mistake over nine years of litigation.

Isabel Reyes retained Langsam Law and Elise Langsam to represent him in July 2015 following a construction-related accident, according to the complaint filed Wednesday in Manhattan Supreme Court.
