Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton named a veteran trademark lawyer this week as the first woman to lead the core practice area that helped establish the firm’s international reputation over more than a century.
The Atlanta-founded Am Law 100 firm this week tapped Atlanta-based partner Jennifer Arkowitz as the new chair of the firm’s core intellectual property department, which boasts more than half of Kilpatrick’s 570 lawyers, according to ALM data.
