U.S. Sen. Robert Menendez, D-New Jersey, pleaded not guilty to obstruction of justice, bribery and extortion Monday, less than two months before he is scheduled to go on trial in the Southern District of New York.
“Once again, not guilty, Your Honor,” Menendez said when U.S. District Judge Sidney Stein asked how he would plead.
