David M. Moore took office as secretary at the Connecticut Bar Association. Moore said he wants to bring trust and civility back to the court system.
Moore joined the CBA in 1989, and quickly became involved in leadership positions within the Young Lawyers Section. In the early ’90s, he put on a few estate planning seminars at the CBA for people who had acquired immunodeficiency syndrome, or AIDS.
