Donald Trump should be held in contempt for repeatedly violating a gag order that limits what he can say publicly about witnesses, a prosecutor argued Monday.

Assistant Manhattan District Attorney Christopher Conroy told Acting Supreme Court Justice Juan Merchan that he should fine the former president at least $3,000 for online statements posted in violation of the gag orders.
