Manhattan Acting Supreme Court Justice Juan Merchan on Friday postponed the impending criminal trial of former president Donald Trump, citing “significant questions of fact.”
Jury selection was scheduled to begin in the case on March 25. Merchan instead set that date for a hearing and adjourned start of trial for at least 30 days from the Friday letter.
