A $44 million jury verdict was awarded to a man left a quadriplegic because of the negligence and unconscionable actions of a Dallas electric utility company, according to the verdict form and plaintiff’s counsel.
Following a two-week trial, a jury in the Dallas County 191st District Court returned a verdict late Tuesday that found Oncor Electric Delivery 75% liable for the injuries to Stacey Taylor.
