A U.K. court has given the go-ahead for an ‘opt-out’ class action against intellectual property firm Marks & Clerk.
Commission Recovery Limited (CRL), which was established to bring the claim against the firm, has been given permission by Mr Justice Robin Knowles to launch the claim on an opt-out basis.
