Attorneys for the author E. Jean Carroll are likely to use key evidence now ruled admissible in court to show that former President Donald Trump engaged in a “pattern” of sexually assaulting women and denying it, according to court filings.
U.S. District Judge Lewis Kaplan of the Southern District of New York on Friday ruled that a notorious tape from Access Hollywood can be admitted during Carroll’s upcoming defamation trial against Trump.
