The State Bar of Texas issued suspensions against seven attorneys, and public reprimands against another three, according to the monthly disciplinary report released Wednesday.
In the “beat a dead horse” category, the bar issued two suspensions against a lawyer that has already been disbarred. This occurred because the bar responds to all complaints filed, regardless of the current status of the attorney.
