Barber Love LLC, a barber shop that sells a variety of hair care products, was slapped with a telemarketing class action on April 26 in Florida Circuit Court for Miami-Dade County. The lawsuit, filed by Shamis & Gentile and Edelsberg Law, claims that Barber Love placed sales calls to Florida residents in violation of the Florida Telephone Solicitation Act. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is Tarver v. Barber Love L.L.C.
