A Pennsylvania woman’s negligence claim over a zip lining injury will return to trial court after the state’s Superior Court determined summary judgment was improperly awarded to the defendant ski resort.
A divided Superior Court reversed a lower court’s summary judgment award to Camelback Ski Resort on Nov. 21. The court found that the motion for judgment was improperly granted and said the court’s procedural rules allow Aisha Monroe to plead gross negligence and recklessness, the opinion said.
