Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan is launching a contentious IP practice in London, the firm announced on Monday.
The practice will be led by David Lancaster, who is set to join the firm from Pinsent Masons in August. At Pinsents he spent the last three years as a partner. Beforehand, he spent just under 10 years as a barrister, according to his LinkedIn.
