The complaint, which centers on Kimberly-Clark’s Cottonelle brand flushable wipes, was filed by Woods Trial Law on behalf of a plaintiff who contends that he developed a bacterial infection after using the wipes. The case is 8:22-cv-00930, Packer v. Kimberly-Clark Worldwide, Inc. et al.
