LensCrafters and other defendants were hit with a premises liability lawsuit on Sept. 12 in Pennsylvania Court of Common Pleas for Montgomery County. The lawsuit was brought by Solomon Sherman Gabay Briskin & Sherman on behalf of Aslan Abazekhov. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 2023-20261, Abazekhov, Aslan v. Essilorluxottica USA Inc.
