Legal tech M&A in 2023 has entered the litigation analytics space.
On Wednesday, litigation analytics platform Pre/Dicta announced that it has acquired the defunct litigation analytics platform Gavelytics for an undisclosed sum. Pre/Dicta’s platform focuses on predicting the outcomes of federal lawsuits, while Gavelytics, when it was in operation, focused on state court cases.
