At least one Pennsylvania justice appears ready to give a convicted murderer another shot at suing his psychiatrist for negligence.
During oral arguments before the high court Tuesday, Justice Kevin Dougherty suggested he was inclined to reinstate plaintiff Cosmo Dinardo’s lawsuit to hold the University of Pennsylvania Health System civilly liable for his crimes.
