The Ohio Supreme Court has opened its second public comment period for proposed rule changes that would affect physical versus remote court appearances, expert witness qualifications, and certain civil court and juvenile court rules.
Comments made will be reviewed by the state Commission on the Rules of Practice and Procedure and provided to the Supreme Court justices, according to a Court News Ohio report, and the comment period will run until Feb. 17.
