New York’s Highest Court Set to Go West for November Argument Session

The New York Court of Appeals will hold its November session in Buffalo, the first time in 18 years it has traveled to the state’s second largest city, and a homecoming for one of its judges.

The venue for the proceedings is Old County Hall on Franklin St. in Buffalo. The sessions are scheduled for noon Nov. 14, and 1 p.m. Nov. 15 and 16.
