New Record of Russian Litigation In UK Courts Despite Sanctions, Report Finds

There was a record number of Russian litigants appearing in London’s commercial courts in the past year, according to a new report.

Between April 2022 and March 2023, Russian litigants formed the second most common nationality to appear in London’s commercial courts for a second year in a row, with 58 litigants in total, according to research by Portland Communications.
