Elon Musk has asked a District of Delaware judge to throw out claims against him in complaints filed by former Twitter employees, arguing that there’s no evidence he should be held liable individually in addition to any liability the company may face.
Musk, represented by Morgan, Lewis & Bockius, moved Wednesday to dismiss the two claims against him as an individual brought by one of the more than 5,000 employees Twitter let go last November, requesting judicial notice of the merger agreement between Twitter and the two holding companies Musk used to acquire it.
