The Law Offices of Gregory B. Byberg and Gregory Bowen Byberg were hit with a legal malpractice lawsuit on April 19 in California Superior Court for Los Angeles County. The lawsuit, filed by the Agopoglu Law Corp. on behalf of Playa Advance Surgical Institute and other plaintiffs, accuses the defendants of failing to represent the plaintiffs property in an underlying interpleader lawsuit.
