Lawyers at Kirkland & Ellis on Wednesday removed a consumer class action against Polaris Industries, a leading manufacturer of snowmobiles and motorcycles, to California Central District Court. The suit, filed by DiCello Levitt Gutzler and other law firms, contends that models of the defendant’s off-road vehicles have defective engines that tend to overheat and deteriorate prematurely. The case is 2:22-cv-03715, DeBiasio v. Polaris Industries, Inc.
