A Manhattan judge on Feb. 3 declined to issue sanctions against Wigdor Law, which is representing two women who have accused billionaire hedge fund investor Leon Black in a civil lawsuit of rape.
New York County Supreme Court Justice David Cohen on Feb. 3 denied Black’s motion to sanction Wigdor and their client, model Guzel Ganieva. He also denied a cross motion by Wigdor and Ganieva to sanction Black.
