New York’s top administrative judge for courts outside of the boroughs and a central New York lawyer with a distinguished career in both the public and private sectors will be saluted by the Onondaga County Bar Association in October.
Judge James P. Murphy, who was named deputy chief administrative judge for courts outside New York City in June, has been chosen by the bar association’s board of directors as recipient of the William C. Ruger Centennial Award.
