Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer and barristers at One Essex Court have convinced a High Court judge that billionaire financier Alexander Vik lied to the court in a $340 million case brought by Deutsche Bank.
In a case that can be traced back to 2013, Deutsche Bank had accused Vik, a well-known Norwegian billionaire and former sole shareholder and director of Sebastian Holdings, of owing it $340 million.
