A Fort Lauderdale attorney with four decades of experience has been hit with a legal malpractice lawsuit in a cautionary tale for small-to-mid-size law firms over the lawyer’s alleged failure to monitor his staff and reimburse his client for several hundred thousand dollars.
Chris Bristow, a partner at Critton Luttier & Coleman in West Palm Beach, represents the plaintiff Peter Dimitropoulos. Dimitropoulos filed the lawsuit against the defendants, Lawrence Eliot Blacke and his law firm, the Law Office of Lawrence E. Blacke.
