A Forsters team, representing owners of four luxury flats, has won a long-standing case at the Supreme Court against the Tate Modern. After a six-year battle, the Supreme Court finally ended the matter by finding in favour of the residents from the Neo Bankside development, who deplored the intrusive nature of the Tate’s public viewing gallery.

Acting for the appellants, Forsters, headed by senior partner and residential property litigation expert, Natasha Rees, instructed barristers Tom Weekes KC and Richard Moules from Landmark Chambers as well as Jacob Dean from 5RB.
