Former Allen & Overy litigation partner Suzanne Spears has launched her own boutique firm in London.
The new boutique business and human rights law firm, Paxus, will focus on human rights due diligence, impact assessments and investigations, and the resolution of disputes through international arbitration, transnational litigation and non-judicial processes.
