A federal judge in Pennsylvania has allowed a former Trader Joe’s employee to proceed with a retaliation claim against the company.
In a March 8 opinion, U.S. District Judge John Milton Younge of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania partially denied and partially granted Trader Joe’s motion for summary judgment with respect to racial discrimination and retaliation claims from plaintiff James Jarmon.
