The Florida Supreme Court ruled that an attorney who sent a subpoena that was different from the one for which he’d provided notice must face a stiffer sentence for behavior that was “destructive to the legal system as a whole.”

The respondent, Odiator Arugu of the Florida Law Firm in Orlando, represented George Rodriguez in a divorce proceeding.
