Disciplinary Court Set to Hold Trial Over Phila. Judge’s Social Media Posts

The disciplinary trial for a Philadelphia judge in hot water for his social media postings is set to begin July 24.

Judge Mark Cohen of the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas Family Division is slated to be tried before Pennsylvania’s Court of Judicial Discipline over accusations that he made inappropriately political statements on his personal Facebook page.
