“Should’ve, could’ve, would’ve” are some of the last words Jose A. Casal, defense attorney for Celsius Holdings Inc., said in remarks during closing arguments.
Those comments could now apply to his clients, if they had only listened to the judge in the case, who recommended they take another shot at mediation.
