President Joe Biden sent another round of judicial nominees to the U.S. Senate on Wednesday. The list includes nominees for district court seats in several Blue states, allowing him to continue to skirt the blue slip veto process. But there’s also two nominees to fill vacancies on the U.S. Court of International Trade, which handles customs and international trade disputes.
After recent appointments of civil rights attorneys to federal bench seats, this new crop of possible jurists returns to the more common reliance on federal prosecutors and current judges.
