An already contentious fight between Kline & Specter and ex-associate Thomas Bosworth is turning even more heated.
Both sides have hurled escalating accusations at the other in a dispute that, over the course of three business days, spawned a litany of counterclaims against Kline & Specter, a second suit against Bosworth, and a new suit against the firm.
