Another Roundup Trial Opens in Missouri. ‘He Saw a TV Commercial.’

Bayer’s Monsanto was back in court this week to defend against claims that its Roundup pesticide caused cancer.

Monsanto attorney James Bennett, of St. Louis-based Dowd Bennett, told jurors in Missouri’s St. Louis County Circuit Court that Roundup did not cause plaintiff Mark McCostlin to get non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma in 2017 at the age of 58.
