In March, two attorneys were suspended, one was disbarred, and one must take continuing legal education and comply with IOLTA monthly reviews.
Alisha Mathers was suspended for nine months and must pay restitution of $7,000 to a former client. She was concurrently suspended for three months over a second grievance, and required to take continuing legal education in IOLTA account management, office management and client relationships, the Superior Court decision said.
