The full U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit will rehear a challenge to Connecticut’s transgender-inclusive student athlete policies.
The order, published Monday, says that a majority of the court’s 13 active judges voted in favor of having the court reconsider en banc the panel decision to dismiss the lawsuit.
