Aderant: On Tuesday, legal business management software provider Aderant announced that appointment of Michael “Mike” McKay as vice president of software engineering. McKay brings decades of experience in the technology industry, including as an executive director at NCR, and before that, as a senior software designer and delivery lead over his 25 years at IBM. At Aderant, McKay will be responsible for advancing the company’s practice-of-law technologies including the vi by Aderant people management suite and the Milana cloud-based calendaring and docketing solution, according to the press release. Additionally, he will also oversee the company’s data and AI strategy.
